Who doesn’t love some kettlebell fun!? PS you CAN use a dumbbell for this workout if you dont have kettlebells available. It’s fast paced workout so you WILL get sweaty 👉🏻 4 circuits with 3 exercises in each and you’ll repeat each circuit 4 times before moving on to the next.
You’ll need one kettlebell for each exercise. Feel free to use different weights for different exercises if you have available. You’re also more than welcome to do all these moves with a dumbbell!
