Beginner Strength with Sneaky Cardio Tabata Workout
Full body • 36 minutes • Strength • Bodyweight with optional dumbbells
This is a strength workout which has a sneaky short cardio Tabata circuit mid-way through the session! It can be done with just bodyweight but you can choose to use weights for some of the exercises to add some extra resistance if you wish.
The workout consists of 3 parts:
Part 1 – 6 exercise strength circuit
Part 2 – Short Tabata cardio circuit
Part 3 – 6 exercise strength circuit
If it ever feels too much and you need a breather, feel free to pause the video and rest.
Try and make each and every interval challenging by lifting the right amount of weight and moving with the best technique to ensure you’re gaining all the benefits! Be sure not to sacrifice your form for a heavier weight and be mindful of what you’re doing each step of the way!
