This high intensity circuit includes 9 intervals of 50 seconds each. You’ll take 15s rest between each work interval. It’s your choice to repeat the circuit 3 times for a 30 minute workout, or 4 times for a 40 minute workout! It’s a brilliant full body strengthening session and I’m sure you’re gonna love it!
