Strength Basics Workout
Strength builder • 32 minutes • Dumbbell + optional kettlebell
This workout consists of 3 circuits with 4 exercises in each. In each circuit you’ll do an upper body exercise, a lower body exercise, a combination exercise and a core exercise.
Each exercise interval is 35 seconds long with 15 seconds rest.
For each exercise make sure to focus on your form, so that you do it properly and gain as much as possible from every move.
