Advanced Snatch & Swing Training

Full body circuit • 30 minutes • Kettlebell (or dumbbells if you don’t have a kettlebell) • Strength

 

This kettlebell workout targets all your main muscle groups helping you to build overall strength. It’s a circuit style session consisting of 9 intervals. You’ll do 50 seconds work and take 15 seconds rest between each exercise. Then you’ll have 35 seconds rest between each round of the circuit and you’ll repeat the circuit 3 times!

 

The second exercise is quite complex so feel free to re-watch the demonstration a few times over if needs be, and also feel free to simplify it by picking out and performing just one part of the movement. The onscreen video and voice instructions will guide you all the way!
