Advanced Quick Burn Workout

This workout consists of a 7-interval circuit of 40 seconds each. It’s a bodyweight cardio, so you don’t need any equipment and you’ll get sweaty and out of breath. Feel free to move quick to get that cardio effect, however never too fast that you lose your form. Form and breathing are very important.


Remember to pause and take a break if you need to. Continue when you feel ready!
