Advanced Push It Workout

This workout is primarily a cardio based workout but with added core exercises to help you build a stronger trunk.

It consists of 4 circuits with 3 exercises in each, which you’ll repeat twice. You’ll have 30 seconds work and 10 seconds rest for each exercise. The short rest time will be a challenge!

For each exercise make sure to focus on your form, so that you do it properly and gain as much as possible from every move.
