Intermediate Cardio and Strength Workout
1 long circuit + 2 short circuits • 42 minutes • Bodyweight (with the option to add dumbbells) • Mix of strength & cardio
A workout which consists of a strength circuit, followed by 2 shorter cardio circuits.
In the strength circuit, the aim is to go slower and move with control. Really focusing on working the correct muscles and feeling the burn.
In the cardio circuits feel free to move fast! Get your heart pumping and the sweat flowing!
No equipment is needed for this session, however you can add dumbbells to some of the exercises if you wish!
