Beginner Lower, Upper, Core Workout
Dumbbell • 30 minutes • Full body circuits
Each mini circuit consists of 3 exercises which will work your upper body, lower body and core. You’ll repeat each circuit 3 times over leaving no muscle in your body untouched!
Always stop and rest if it feels too much or you feel like you can’t maintain the correct form. Don’t forget to breathe!
