Beginner Low Impact Bodyweight Workout

No equipment • 20 minutes • Full body

 

A basic bodyweight circuit in which you’ll go through each exercise in a circuit style and then repeat! You’ll work for 40 seconds and take 15 seconds rest for each of the 7 exercises, then take 40 seconds rest before repeating the circuit. You’ll do 3 rounds in total.

 

Remember to focus on your form and breathe!
