In this workout you’ll do 2 exercises back to back for 30 seconds each, then take 30s rest. You’ll go through the entire circuit in this manner… and then repeat 💪🏻 So essentially, you’ll do 1 minute of continuous work before taking 30s rest.
Try and make each interval challenging, and when it gets too much, jog on the spot instead of halting completely.
