Kick-Ass Kettlebell Workout - Advanced
Full body strength • 30 minutes • Kettlebell
This workout consists of 2 circuits. You’ll do 35 seconds work and take 15 seconds rest for each interval and repeat each circuit three times. All exercises require you to activate your core, so be sure to do that to make sure you get the most out of the session and also don’t injure yourself.
All the exercises can be done with dumbbells if you don’t have a kettlebell.
