Advanced Foundational Bodyweight Strength Workout 

No equipment • 23 minutes • Full body


A basic bodyweight circuit in which you’ll go through each exercise in a circuit style and then repeat! You’ll work for 40 seconds and take 10 seconds rest for each of the 8 exercises, then take 30 seconds rest before repeating the circuit. You’ll do 3 rounds in total.
