Express Abs - Beginner

This workout with back to back core intervals is a real challenge which will help you get stronger and resilient! There are 4 intervals of 30 seconds each, all back to back, followed by 30 seconds rest in between each round – you’ll do 3 rounds.

 

You are literally gonna burn your abs out, so do not hesitate to stop and rest if you feel like you can’t properly activate your core any longer, or you’re losing your form. Ideally you work through the burn for a little bit before stopping. Don’t forget to breathe, and take your time on each rep.
