EMOM – every minute on the minute • 32 minutes • Dumbbell • Full body

 

This workout is an EMOM strength circuit with 7 classic moves! Within each one minute interval you’ll perform the specified exercise and number of reps. Once you finish the reps, you rest for any remaining time within the minute. Feel free to tweak the number of reps if you feel like you can’t keep up. It’s better to do less and to do them well. As soon as the next minute starts, you start the next exercise. There are 8 one minute intervals in this circuit, the 8th minute is rest, and you’ll repeat the circuit 4 times.
