Beginners Endurance Builder Workout

This workout is a test for your endurance and you don’t need any equipment!
There are 2 circuits with 7 exercises in each. You’ll do 40s work, 15s rest and repeat each circuit three times before moving on to the next. Feel free to stop and rest whenever you need to. You could also jog on the spot instead of stopping altogether, to try and continue moving as much as possible.
