Beginners Cardio & Core Workout

This workout is primarily a cardio based workout but with added core exercises to help you build a stronger trunk.
It consists of 4 circuits with 3 exercises in each, which you’ll repeat twice. You’ll have 30 seconds work and 10 seconds rest for each exercise. The short rest time will be a challenge.
For each exercise make sure to focus on your form, so that you do it properly and gain as much as possible from every move. This even more so for the core exercises that require your full focus to make sure you’re activating the correct muscles.
