Intermediate Burpee Challenge

Whether you’re a burpee lover or not, you HAVE TO try this burpee challenge!!

You can use this challenge in the following ways:

  • As a stand alone workout to push your limits;
  • As a ‘test’ to measure your fitness level today and compare it to your fitness level in the future. For e.g. do the challenge today and then in, say, a months time do it again and compare how you felt or how much you managed to keep going without stopping. When this challenge gets easy, move up to the advanced version;
  • As a finisher after a workout where you feel like a final heart pumping blast!
