Burpee Challenge Beginners
Whether you’re a burpee lover or not, you HAVE TO try this burpee challenge!!
You can use this challenge in the following ways:
- As a stand alone workout to push your limits;
- As a ‘test’ to measure your fitness level today and compare it to your fitness level in the future. For e.g. do the challenge today and then in, say, a months time do it again and compare how you felt or how much you managed to keep going without stopping. When this challenge gets easy, move up to the intermediate;
- As a finisher after a workout where you feel like a final heart pumping blast!
