In the first two rounds you’ll do 2 exercises for 20s each, back to back, and then take 20s rest. You’ll do this until you get through all 16 exercises. In the 3rd rounds you’ll do 40s work, 20s rest for each exercise – this is were the real endurance challenge lies and where you’ll need to dig deep and push through! But you’ve got this 👊🏻
