Intermediate Abs-olutely Strong Workout
Ab burn • 10 minutes • Bodyweight • Strength
Strengthen your abs and feel the burn! Do this workout twice or three times a week (maybe even as a finisher) and you’ll surely see and feel the difference.
Workout format: 3 circuits with 4 exercises in each. You’ll do 20s work, 10s rest and repeat each circuit twice before moving on to the next.
It’s extremely important that you tune in and connect with your core and make sure you’re activating your ab muscles in each and every exercise. If you fatigue and notice you’re losing your form, stop and take a break.
Breathing is always super important so don’t forget to inhale and exhale.
