Advanced 60s Back To Back Cardio Workout

This workout WILL build your endurance and challenge you! It includes 2 circuits of 5 cardio exercises in each. You’ll work for 60s, back to back (meaning, no rest in between!). You’ll then have a break between rounds 😅

This could get pretty intense! Try jogging on the spot when it gets too much, as opposed to stopping completely.
