Beginners 30-Min Reps AMRAP Workout
Full body AMRAP x 2 circuits • 32 minutes • Dumbbell (+ optional kettlebell if you have one) • Strength
AMRAP = As Many Rounds As Possible!
Start the countdown timer provided and work through the exercises in a circuit style, counting and completing your reps before moving on the next one. You’ll repeat the circuit for as many rounds as you can in the given time! You only need dumbbells for this workout but feel free to use a kettlebell for your swings and high-pulls if you have one!
It’s extremely important that you don’t sacrifice your form to go faster and complete more rounds. Take a pace which you feel comfortable at and maintain your focus.
